Education in the region
Wageningen University & Research is the central knowledge carrier in the region and is globally regarded as the best university in the field of agrifood. In addition, there are numerous HBO and MBO courses in the vicinity that offer relevant food-related courses: such as the Christian University of Applied Sciences Ede, Aeres University of Applied Sciences (Wageningen), Aeres MBO, the Arnhem-Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences, the HAS (Den Bosch) and ROCA12 (Ede and Veenendaal).
